2. STRATEGIC PRICING

We will prepare a market analysis for your property, and recommend a price range to maximize your profit while minimizing your home's time on the market.

3. PREPARE YOUR HOME

Clean, de-clutter, and complete any necessary repairs. We have checklists to help you make sure your home will be putting its best foot forward.

4. AGGRESSIVE MARKETING

We will pay for professional photographs of your property to showcase it in its best light. We will also run an aggressive, custom marketing plan to ensure your listing reaches the maximum number of qualified buyers.

5. SHOWINGS

This is the point when prospective buyers will be viewing the house. The more available your property can be for showings, the better.

6. RECEIVE & 

NEGOTIATE OFFERS

During this time we will receive  offers and negotiate the terms until we reach a point that you are satisfied and ready to proceed to closing.

7. UNDER CONTRACT

This is the period of time when the buyer will complete home inspections and may request some repairs. The buyer's lender will order an appraisal. This is also the time you should coordinate your own move.

8. CLOSING DAY

Congratulations! Closing day is when all parties will sign final documents, funds will be transferred, and the sale is complete!
